Beam stage loader PZP-Cobra
Beam stage loader PZP-COBRA is designed to transport mined coal from the longwall face to the main belt conveyor. Version of beam stage loader with elongated and suspended ramp allows to cover mobile tail piece up to 30 m, or version with rigid ramp allows to cover mobile tail piece up to maximum 18 m. Given beam stage loader is able to cooperate with Armoured Face Conveyors and belt conveyors of any kind.
Beam stage loader is equipped with telescopic return pan. Telescopic return pan ZWT-SIGMA is the last segment (no drive used) of beam stage loader line pan sections. It’s designed to change direction of chain assembly and its tensioning. Its construction allows to tension the chain without increase of tailpiece length (length of the conveyor). Telescopic return pan in conveyor’s configuration replaces overlapping turning device and telescopic line pan.
