SIGMA XXL is our largest pneumatic manipulator designed to carry loads up to 1500 kg within 3 m radius. It can be considered as alternative to small cranes or gantries. However, thanks to the use of many additional technical solutions (brakes in the gripper’s axis, throttle valves and valves supporting the rotary movement in the column and boom axis), unlike overhead cranes/gantries, it enables fully ergonomic and safe load handling in many axes.

Manipulator can be installed in suspended version with supporting structure, mounted below the gantry structure, what allows to handle the load in designated working area, including the gantry itself. This allows to save time and does not lead to collisions in the operation of various devices.
